Exchanges / Damages and issues
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Report damaged items within 48hrs of receipt. Please provide photo/video of damaged item for prompt replacement. (No refunds on damaged items, each case will be reviewed to determine the best resolution)
Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange approval will not be accepted.
